Executing outbound for a complex product across a multitude of buyer types
Threekit sells visual commerce software — 3D, AR, and product configurators — into 10+ verticals, from furniture and apparel to industrial equipment, building products, and B2B manufacturing. Each vertical has its own decision-maker titles, job descriptions, and buying motions, which made generic outbound a non-starter. SDRs were stuck context-switching between industries and personas, and reply rates suffered.
Compounding the problem, Threekit had built up a library of 50+ case studies across these verticals — strong assets that were impossible to deploy at the right moment. There was no systematic way to match the right proof point to the right prospect, so reps defaulted to a small handful of examples that didn't always fit, leaving the rest of the library underused.
